Over 10 years the french néo bistro L’Adresse 37 has been indulging its’ guests of all ages with new (= néo) interpreted classical french dishes in the heart of the town of Munich. Head chef and owner Loïc Cantegrel says with a smile: „french cooking style means nothing is impossible“. This takes everything in his bistro into account, from the dishes to the drinks and even the design and furniture.
For the cooking process itself the quality oft he ingredients has a top-priority. In this way Loïc and his staff do give birth to new creations and tastes with a down-to-earth basis. For example: snails served with popcorn, fish topped with Chorizo Iberico, veal in combination with vanilla and mandarin oranges or a Crème Brûlée reloaded with coffee and blackberries. Most of the dishes at L’Adresse 37 are cooked sous-vide which keeps most of the flavours of the single ingredients and guarantees for an intense taste of the dishes. The „small“ but with great care curated menu changes every three weeks. You can choose ad libitum between a two to four course menu.
During dining you enjoy a direct view into the complete open kitchen of L’Adresse 37, which allows you to have a very close look on what the cooks are preparing for you. The completely open designed kitchen is the heart of the bistro L’Adresse 37 and unique within Munich. Bigger groups of people are allowed to dine directly at the kitchen’s bar upon request.
The bistro L’Adresse 37 is chic but stands for a casual and down-to-earth style. Thus it is the perfect location for any type of event and provides the ultimate framework for affectionate receptions: a piece of Paris in the middle of Munich’s West End.
